I babysat a friend's 2-year old yesterday while she took her two older daughters to a memorial service for the girls' piano teacher. It took Lily quite a while to decide it was okay to take her jacket off. Ü Lucky for me she was interested in the gumball machine, but didn't realize she could make something come out with a penny. lol
They are such fun at this age. Lily was playing with her Disney Princess CDs. After hearing the CD for a second, she would pronounce "I don't l-i-i-ike it" and pop another one in.
Here she's contemplating how best to get that darn dog in his kennel.

She decided that if she pulled hard enough on the locked kennel door, she could get it open. Is that a face of determination or what?

Dude... Lily is SO beautiful. She looks like her mother. :) I think she's definately got "Chandra" hair too. I can't believe she's so big. Seems like not too long ago she was pushin' herself down the hall at the RSO.
How cute!! Hey--did her Dad ever find his "wah-yet??" I bet you had a blast. (Then needed a drink after she left!)
By the way--aren't those gumballs the same ones that have been in that machine since 1984????
Oh man! I think you're right Annette! Old gumballs and she probably rasied the price on that machine, too! Chandra gave Lily a dollar for snacks.
