We've had quite a bit of snowfall this past week. We had 10"-12" fall just Thursday night! It's awesome!
I'll try to make it out tomorrow to take a few photos.
Today I've been working on taxes and budget stuff. Tomorrow Bob and I plan to make some progress with culling and packing. The movers are coming February 6th & 7th, so we need to get our butts in gear.

I'm trying to figure out how to coax one of our Alaskan moose into the U-Haul trailer. I sure will miss all the wildlife practically in our yards here.

Hey Girl,
Just an update on my crazy life. I just moved to Chattanooga, TN 3 weeks ago. Kevin moved me using his horse trailer. LOL My stuff barely fit, but it was much cheaper than renting a van or moving company.
I got a job as a Revenue Agent (accountant) with the IRS. I had admin training in Nashville last week and start more training at my POD (Chattanooga) tomorrow. I'm very excited about my new job. It's a chance to use my accounting skills and my tax law training. And I LOVE Chattanooga so far. It's very hilly and mountains are all around us. About a week after I moved here it snowed!!! YEAH. Of course, it was only an inch and melted by the next afternoon, but who cares, it SNOWED!!! I definitely do NOT miss Sarasota. It's amazing, not only the difference in weather but also the attitude of people. They are NICE (unlike snobby Sarasota).
The only downfall to me moving is the real estate market. I just rented my townhouse because I couldn't find anyone interested in buying. The market in Sarsota is one of the worst in the nation. Hopefully by next year things will change and I can sell without losing too much money. How is the market in Alaska? Were you able to sell?
Well, that's all for now. Take care, good luck with your move and hugs to you, Bob and Nick!!

Snowing in Alaska? How unusual! LOL! Actually--God is just leaving you with another fantastic memory of the place so you will hurry up and get back there!
Snowing...that reminds me of a funny story Wanda told me recently. She was trying to convince Matthew that he has a great life and lots of things to be grateful for. Like going to Disney World (twice), Washington DC, Atlanta, and New Mexico soon. She told him that he has been to more places and done more things in his 11 years of life than she has been able to do in 50! He saw it a little differently than his mom did. His reaction..."yeah, but you've seen snow". LOL. He was serious as a heart attack. LYTB!
